The U. S. Marine Raider Foundation is Dedicated to Sharing the Proud Legacy of WWII Marine Raiders with Future Generations.

The Foundation is a National 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization.

The U. S. Marine Raider Foundation was recently created as a 501(c)(3) corporation by the U. S. Marine Raider Association, its parent organization. The Marine Raiders were established in February of 1942 as the first commando units within the U. S. military. This group of brave men was credited with the first United States victories against Japan. No military unit brought more honor and glory to themselves, more pride to their countrymen, and more grief to their enemies as did the four Marine Raider battalions.
